Heat Pumps

Heat pumps are an efficient heating and cooling system that uses a reversing valve to change the flow of refrigerant to either heat or cool a home.

Furnaces

Utilizing the same distribution system (vents, fans, filters and ducts) this heating and cooling system uses gas, propane or oil*. Specifically, for air conditioning, the outdoor compressor uses refrigerant and evaporator coils to cool the air before it is distributed throughout the home.

Mini Splits (Ductless)

A heating and cooling ductless system that uses an indoor unit that is connected to an outdoor compressor. The outdoor compressor works to heat/cool the air then send the air directly into your home through the indoor unit.

Roof Top Unit (RTU – commercial)

A heating and cooling system that uses all components, including the coils, compressor, and fan, in a single unit, located on the roof. Ductwork is used to circulate heated or cooled air throughout the building. RTU systems are typically used by restaurants, warehouses and shopping centers. We specialize in Reznor® systems.
