I met with Bill from Battavio back in late summer 2024 to talk about the potential of adding some level of cooling to my facility. I'm a local business owner for the last decade, and 9 of the last summers we've provided our services without air conditioning (or any temperature control in the warm months). After meeting with Bill and his team, I decided to wait and get a couple different quotes for options. As the seasons passed, I did more research on what I wanted and if it would fit my needs (for my business and my budget). I got additional quotes from other companies in the process too. Fast forward to late spring 2025 when I followed up with Bill and the Battavio team about moving forward with this project. We met a few more times, talked options, and ultimately I made a decision. Once I made my decision to move forward, within days Bill and his team took fast action to get the equipment ordered, requirements for my business done, and paperwork ready for my project and within days I had air conditioning. My experience using the Tapo was great, I called for some work to be done in the morning, and they responded by the afternoon with a tech to complete the work. The check that was sent was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing, he explained What was wrong what he needed to do and approximately how long it would take.

Had a problem today with a cracked Water Supply Valve today and Battavio arrived within two hours and replaced the valve. Great work and very comforting when a water emergency could have developed.

They came and immediately took care of a water leak due to a ruptured boiler line. The technician (Jon) was professional and very knowledgeable. Fixed the water leak and had our boiler back up and heating our house. This occurred during the really bad cold spell we had. We want to thank him for his immediate response and fix.

Bought my first home in 2015 and we unfortunately had a major plumbing issue shortly after moving in (sewer line sheared off where it entered our home). I had may estimates that were upwards of 16k. Luckily I reached out to Battavio and got a great quote. Joe was awesome; put a camera in our sewer line and showed us exactly the problem and ran through in detail the repair approach. His estimate was WAY LOWER than the others and was a simple approach. It is now 2024 and we just had Joe and his team transfer our new house from oil to natural gas. Battavio ran all of the gas lines, installed our brand new gas boiler and hot water heater. The staff at Battavio are awesome and are just happy people that answer any questions you have along the way. The guys that just did our most recent work were so nice and took care of a few other issues that they saw just to be nice. 9 years since I came across Battavio and I have used no one else for my plumbing issues and projects. They are at the top of my list for our next renovation. Our family HIGHLY Recommends the Battavio team. Dan the Technician performed the scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system. He showed up at the time that was promised, was professional, courteous, and very friendly. He performed the work, then explained what was checked and the status of the system. I would highly recommend Battavio.

I have had both my HVAC systems replaced by Battavio over the years and continue to have routine maintenance performed. I find the integrity and high level of technical skill demonstrated by Riley (our technician) provides peace of mind in knowing our systems are maintained and functioning properly.

My garbage disposal broke around 2:00PM the day before Thanksgiving. I was expecting lots of people and water was running under the sink and into the basement ceiling. I called Battavio thinking they would never come out this late the day before a holiday but wanted to be the first one on the list the next working day. I had Tim the plumber here by 3:00PM that day with a brand new disposal installed. I was giving thanks on Thanksgiving to Battavio!

We've lived in our 1970s build for 9 years. Joe and the crew at Battavio have been our plumbing/hvac providers since day 1. They are quick to come in an emergency, and provide great regular service and tune ups. We recently needed a new water heater and the team was thoughtful in their approach, while keeping budget in-mind. Any company where the CEO is in the field, doing service calls, and getting his hands dirty... is a great company in my book.

Battavio recently completed the installation of a new tub/shower fixture at my house. The access panel was not big enough, so the tech had to remove tile and parts of the wall. They cleaned up very well and pulled the tiles without breaking them, allowing me to take on the next step with ease.

For years, Battavio Plumbing and heating has been servicing our gas heating unit, HVAC units in rental properties, and they’ve also done plumbing work for us and for our clients. We recently took the plunge and had them install ducts and AC units in our 100+ year-old home. Joe (the owner) carefully designed a system that would look good and work well. He offered a financing option that fit our needs, and once installed, made sure that we were happy with the way the system was working and knew how to work the thermostat, which is pretty high-tech. We are very happy with the system--the outdoor unit is very quiet, it's unobtrusive, and for this girl that "didn't like A/C", it's been on most of the summer, and I'm sleeping so much better at night. Joe is so knowledgeable and previously found an issue with our outdoor temperature gauge, while doing maintenance on our heat pump, that no one else picked up. We’d been suffering with a chilly house in the winter for 3 years, and I thought that was just the “norm”. Once Joe fixed the issue, it was SO much better! I highly recommend Battavio and will continue to call on them for any HVAC and plumbing work needed. They do excellent work, will give an honest assessment of what really needs to be done vs. trying to sell you a new system, and everyone who works there is friendly and eager to help.

My Water Heater started to fail at 17 years old, spoke with Mike Riely, a Service Manager for Battavio who told me he would have a representative contact me promptly with a quote and arrange for a install date. I had expressed after 17 years I didn't want to wait any longer for a total failure, or worse, a leak. Andy called me back very soon after and gave me prices, which were extremely competitive with other quotes I had gotten previously, and gave me several options for installation dates! Two gentleman, Jake and Mike, (not the same Mike as above), arrived to install the new water heater. I explained to them that my wife was disabled and had several serious health concerns, and asked them to wear the masks I provided. They said it was no problem at all and they wore them the entire time. Before the install, they inspected the install location, etc, explained my options for a leak sensor but after seeing I already had one, they said it wasn't necessary for a new one, but offered a pan to set under the heater in case of any future leak. Both Jake and Mike were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, answering all my questions. They left the area as clean as they found it! Thanks for the great service.

If you are in need of HVAC services, I would highly recommend using Battavio Plumbing Heating and Cooling. My wife and I were in the market for an A/C system and hired Joe and his team for the job. The installation was completed last summer and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We were especially pleased with Bill Hosier, the technician who did the installation. Bill is professional, knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions, thoroughly reviewing the details to ensure we were on the same page. He’s very friendly, honest and an all-around good guy.

I have worked with many of the techs from Battavio Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, but I really enjoy working with Bill Hosier. I recently had a furnace installed at one of the properties I manage and had some questions I needed answers before I made the final decision on the product. These guys have always been great with service and taking care of issues proactively on my boiler and AC, reasonable prices, no hard upsells but they do give me options and explain the pro/cons. Customer service team is also very helpful and friendly. Been with them a few years and highly recommend.

We contacted the company for a water leak, they came to fix it, but start leaking a short time later, then we called again and they weren’t able to corrected, and we had to pay again, and now still leaking again, we called, and they are asking us to pay in advance, three times and never was fixed, I don’t recommend that company, because they did a horrible job

We discovered at 2:00 am that the furnace was blowing cold air. We called Battavio and logged a non-emergency call with the answering service. Technician arrived later that morning, diagnosed the problem as a bad controller board and overrode it to turn the furnace on. He came back with a new board and the furnace was back online before noon. Awesome service, competent, professional. I recommend without hesitation.

I highly recommend Battvio Plumbing Heating and Cooling -We had a leaking pipe in kitchen water going into basement. Joe came out in 30 minutes and fixed the leak. We will use for all our future plumbing/HVAC needs. Also thank you to Michelle!!!!

Moved away from another plumber / hvac service to Battavio. They've been consistently on time and thorough so far. They've been out five or so times for different things. Each time their staff communicated well and completed the job within 1-2 days. If they keep it up, I'll keep using them.
