Maintenance Agreements for HVAC and Plumbing

Battavio offers our clients several options for HVAC Preventative Maintenance plans at varying levels. We also offer a Plumbing Agreement that includes an annual walk-through to proactively look at all plumbing within the home to help avoid long term, expensive plumbing problems.

For our Commercial clients, we have custom built HVAC and Plumbing Agreements available.

What is Preventive Maintenance?

Preventive maintenance is performed bi-annually and is scheduled with little or no equipment downtime. The primary objective is aimed at system durability, reliability, efficiency, and safety. Preventive maintenance will be performed by us to detect early signs of deteriorating performance and to identify any potential mechanical failures. These services diagnose and solve equipment problems before they occur and will extend the life of your HVAC system.


