Couldn't be more thrilled with my experience with Battavio Plumbing and Heating. From scheduling to service, all was beyond five stars!
I met with Bill from Battavio back in late summer 2024 to talk about the potential of adding some level of cooling to my facility. I'm a local business owner for the last decade, and 9 of the last summers we've provided our services without air conditioning (or any temperature control in the warm months). After meeting with Bill and his team, I decided to wait and get a couple different quotes for options. As the seasons passed, I did more research on what I wanted and if it would fit my needs (for my business and my budget). I got additional quotes from other companies in the process too. Fast forward to late spring 2025 when I followed up with Bill and the Battavio team about moving forward with this project. We met a few more times, talked options, and ultimately I made a decision. Once I made my decision to move forward, within days Bill and his team took fast action to get the equipment ordered, requirements for my business done, and paperwork ready for my project and within days I had air conditioning. Thank you for your speed, professionalism through completion, and solid communication.
Bob is a pleasure to watch as he works. High energy and good diagnostician. Sniffs out the issue and tackles it. Sense of humor and a real pro. Cathy and Jerry Lakoff
My experience using the Tapo was great, I called for some work to be done in the morning, and they responded by the afternoon with a tech to complete the work. The check that was sent was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing, he explained What was wrong what he needed to do and approximately how long it would take.
Joe from Battavio came out to fix a toilet. Found problem, fixed it and toilet working. Fast Quick Service As Always. Best Plumbing Company in west Chester! Benn a customer for 10 yrs
Excellent & most reliable service from Battavio's plumbers. I wouldn’t call any other service. It's always a relief to know they’re coming and the problem will be solved.
Had a problem today with a cracked Water Supply Valve today and Battavio arrived within two hours and replaced the valve. Great work and very comforting when a water emergency could have developed.
They came and immediately took care of a water leak due to a ruptured boiler line. The technician (Jon) was professional and very knowledgeable. Fixed the water leak and had our boiler back up and heating our house. This occurred during the really bad cold spell we had. We want to thank him for his immediate response and fix.
Very knowledgeable and persistent with their desire to be helpful.
Issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Cassidy was very polite and courteous! Appreciated the excellent service. Would highly recommend.
Bought my first home in 2015 and we unfortunately had a major plumbing issue shortly after moving in (sewer line sheared off where it entered our home). I had may estimates that were upwards of 16k. Luckily I reached out to Battavio and got a great quote. Joe was awesome; put a camera in our sewer line and showed us exactly the problem and ran through in detail the repair approach. His estimate was WAY LOWER than the others and was a simple approach. It is now 2024 and we just had Joe and his team transfer our new house from oil to natural gas. Battavio ran all of the gas lines, installed our brand new gas boiler and hot water heater. The staff at Battavio are awesome and are just happy people that answer any questions you have along the way. The guys that just did our most recent work were so nice and took care of a few other issues that they saw just to be nice. 9 years since I came across Battavio and I have used no one else for my plumbing issues and projects. They are at the top of my list for our next renovation. Our family HIGHLY Recommends the Battavio team. Thanks again Joe; your guys did a great job and it is nice to know there are hardworking and honest guys out there.
Dan the Technician performed the scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system. He showed up at the time that was promised, was professional, courteous, and very friendly. He performed the work, then explained what was checked and the status of the system. I would highly recommend Battavio.
My daughter's HVAC went out and she has a baby. We called and they got someone out the same day and fixed it. Great service and reasonable price
We have used Battavio for several years and always good experience. It is great to have same technician for our maintenance. Riley is always pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Company office staff is top notch also. We have recommended Battavio to others and they haven’t disappointed.
Joe was quick and efficient in getting the work done. Great Guy and Great Company. Choose Battavio Plumbing/HVAC
Dan was on time, courteous & professional. He wore booties inside to avoid soiling flooring. He gave a full report on the system status on completion of the maintenance visit.
BATTAVIO Plumbing Heating & Cooling is an excellent company! We’ve used them for about 7 years for our heating & air condition service. Last year we had them install a new heating/air conditioner unit and they were truely excellent with their recommendation and installation. This week, Reilly came out to do the annual servicing and was also very professional, friendly and informative. We highly recommend BATTAVIO for you plumbing and HVAC needs.
Dan did a nice job today. He was thorough, helpful, and very polite.!
We have been using Battavio since we bought our home earlier this year. The technicians (Riley and Brandon) have been extremely helpful, nice and professional each visit. They do an incredible job and are always reliable and responsive. We will continue to use Battavio and have full confidence in their service!
We had a propane leak after business hours. Called two other places and Battavio returned my call right away. They walked me through what to do to to secure everything for the night, and sent someone out right away the next day. Highly recommend!!
Have had a top-notch experience with everyone I’ve encountered from Battavio - all Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dan was an example of these qualities at my latest maintenance appointment.
Riley is professional in his approach to performing all aspects of his HVAC services and is ready to answer any and all questions or concerns that I have mentioned to him! Yes, an asset to your organization!
Another positive experience with seasonal fall HVAC service completed. I have had a service plan for the last three years with Battavio which gives me great peace of mind for my HVAC system, and will continue. The service every 6 months is always thorough, professional, great schedule communication, friendly, and takes care in keeping home clean. Thank you!
Great communication and quick detailed service! Got the heat back up and running again quick
If you’re looking for a responsive, professional, high quality plumber that will treat your house like his own, look no further. Battavio Plumbing provided incredible service in a timely manner when redoing our mudroom and addressed other unrelated issues that others misdiagnosed. Highly recommend Battavio Plumbing for your needs.
I have had both my HVAC systems replaced by Battavio over the years and continue to have routine maintenance performed. I find the integrity and high level of technical skill demonstrated by Riley (our technician) provides peace of mind in knowing our systems are maintained and functioning properly.
My garbage disposal broke around 2:00PM the day before Thanksgiving. I was expecting lots of people and water was running under the sink and into the basement ceiling. I called Battavio thinking they would never come out this late the day before a holiday but wanted to be the first one on the list the next working day. I had Tim the plumber here by 3:00PM that day with a brand new disposal installed. I was giving thanks on Thanksgiving to Battavio!
We've lived in our 1970s build for 9 years. Joe and the crew at Battavio have been our plumbing/hvac providers since day 1. They are quick to come in an emergency, and provide great regular service and tune ups. We recently needed a new water heater and the team was thoughtful in their approach, while keeping budget in-mind. Any company where the CEO is in the field, doing service calls, and getting his hands dirty... is a great company in my book.
Battavio recently completed the installation of a new tub/shower fixture at my house. The access panel was not big enough, so the tech had to remove tile and parts of the wall. They cleaned up very well and pulled the tiles without breaking them, allowing me to take on the next step with ease.

FAQs About Emergency HVAC Services
Questions may often come up during system failures. These FAQs explain what to expect from emergency HVAC services when timing is a priority.
When is an HVAC problem an emergency?
Call for an emergency HVAC service if your system stops working completely or you notice signs like burning smells, electrical odors, frozen coils, very weak airflow, or constant cycling. If something suddenly feels off with your AC or heater, Battavio can take a look and help figure out what’s going on.
What should I do before calling for emergency HVAC services near Coatesville?
Before calling your HVAC company to come out to your home in Coatesville, PA, check the thermostat first and see whether the indoor and outdoor units are running. It also helps to see whether air is coming from the vents, if the system is making unusual sounds, or if there was a recent power outage. Sharing those details with our team can help us fix the problem faster.
What can I do while I wait for the HVAC technician to arrive at my home in Chesco?
Leave your heating and cooling system be in the meantime and avoid trying to take it apart or repair it yourself. If you can, make a note of what happened before the problem started. Changes in airflow, unusual sounds, smells, or anything else you noticed can be helpful once the technician arrives.
What information should I give my local HVAC company when I call?
When you call your local HVAC company during an emergency, tell them what happened and when you first noticed the problem. If you know the type and age of your equipment, share those details too. Your HVAC service provider may also ask about your thermostat condition, airflow, or any recent power outages.
How much does an emergency HVAC service cost in Exton, PA?
The cost for emergency HVAC service in Exton and nearby areas can depend on what your system actually needs. You can request an estimate with Battavio to get a better idea of the pricing based on your specific problem. We always give honest recommendations to make sure you know what to expect before we start any repairs.
